How fast is my order processed?
As soon as we have received your payment we will start to fulfill your order and ship it to you as fast as possible. Orders will be shipped by PostNL, Deutsche Post or DHL. All orders are send out with a track&trace code.
Shipping to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: 1-2 business days
Shipping to the rest of the world: 2-6 business days
The risks associated with the products will transfer to you as soon as the products are delivered at the agreed delivery address. There are no separate shipping costs. Puissance® is authorised to engage third parties in the fulfillment of its obligations under the Agreement.
How can I pay for my order?
The following ways of payment are provided: Amex, Bancontact, Giropay, IDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal and VISA. All payments are being processed by the Payment Provider Mollie.

For orders shipped outside of Europe, you should consult the customs legislations of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty fees, brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.
How can I return my order?
*Items on sale cannot be returned.
You can file for return or exchange within 14 calendar days after receiving your original order by contacting info@puissancecouture.com. Return instructions will be send by email. The product can be returned by your own must be accompanied by the package in its original condition with the labels attached. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a tracking or those do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Puissance®. All goods will be inspected on return. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package. It can take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
I received a wrong order or not at all, how will this be solved?
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at info@puissancecouture.com and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing us.
I accidently put in the wrong address, what can I do?
Send us an email at info@puissancecouture.com so we can contact the postal service. If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee. We'll send the order again to the correct address.
